New Product Communication & Pr Campaign
With the the new launching of ELIXIR BOTANIQUE serum by update their ingredients and packaging, Yves Rocher want to reach more new young customer in the market. After review the brand situation and other products potential, we come up with the idea of targeting audiences via new channels like via Instagram Reel, TikTok, Facebook Groups, and Online Magazine, that the brand have not done before.
For this project, we delivered the target KOLs/Influencers who are well known in the beauty market but also be able to test the product and review it after 2 weeks using. R&T also initiated a seeding campaign on a Facebook page and worked with a journalist to generate articles on the brand’s product. Besides, we also negotiated the essential information such as the scope of work, time to obtain photographs, and time to pass the exam immediately after investigating the KOLs/Influencers/Journalists in attractiveness. Following that, we create a proper timetable for each KOLs/Influencers/Journalists post and remind the program on the channels on a regular basis.
